Information we process
We process account information, organization details, authentication records, usage data, support communications, and the business data that authorized users enter into the service.
Depending on the modules your organization uses, customer data may include employee records, payroll and attendance data, recruitment information, compliance records, investor information, accounting records, and uploaded documents.
How we use information
We use information to provide, secure, maintain, support, and improve the service; authenticate users; enforce permissions; troubleshoot issues; communicate with administrators; and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell customer data. We use customer data only as instructed by the customer, as required to provide the service, or as otherwise permitted by law and applicable agreements.
Security and retention
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration.
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal or accounting requirements, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain security logs.
Service providers
We may use trusted service providers for hosting, database infrastructure, authentication, email delivery, analytics, monitoring, support, and similar operational needs.
These providers are authorized to process information only as needed to deliver their services to us and are expected to protect information appropriately.
Your choices and rights
Administrators can manage users, roles, and much of the organization data inside the portal. Requests to access, correct, export, or delete personal data should be directed through the organization that controls the account.
Where applicable law grants additional privacy rights, we will support reasonable requests made by an authorized administrator or verified individual.
